Happy Cover PAD®
is a bedpan cover bag containing the special SGAIEL molecule, a super-absorbent and deodorising gel. Used mainly in hospitals to collect urine and faeces from bedridden or non-self-sufficient patients, the bedpan is completely covered with Happy Cover PAD, thus avoiding direct contact between the patient’s skin and the surface of the bedpan. This reduces the risk of infection and allows for more hygienic and efficient management of waste.
Once used, the contents of the bag – now gelatinised and odourless – can be disposed of directly as solid urban waste, eliminating the need to empty and sterilise the bedpan. The system thus offers significant savings in time, costs and resources for healthcare personnel.

INTENDED USE
Single-use bedpan cover intended for use in hospital wards and private healthcare facilities.
Happy Cover® PAD is placed inside the bedpan before use. After approximately 60 seconds, the SGAIEL® molecule gelifies the waste. Remove the PAD from the bedpan, taking care not to spill the contents outside. To close the PAD, either remove the liner so that the two upper flaps adhere to each other, or grasp the two ends of the opening and tie them together. Dispose of in accordance with applicable regulations.
